and of Sound and disposing Mind and Memory to make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments Imprimis I bequeath my soul to God / can humble hopes of his Mercy me Jesus Christ / and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executor hereafter named Item It is my Will and Desire that my wife Temperance may Have the full and free Use and possession of all my Estate Real and personal whatsoever for and during her Natural Life or For and so long as she continues my widow or unmarried. Item immediately after the death or Intermarriage of my Wife as aforesaid I give devise and bequeath all my Lands Tenements unto my eldest son Thomas Wills To hold the same to him and his Heirs forever paying out of the same the sum of Thirty pounds Current Money to be disposed of amongst all my children then living in equal parts share and share alike But if my son Thomas shall refuse the gift of my said Lands upon the Condition aforesaid then it is my will and desire that my said Lands be so for the most they can be gotten for the same by way of Public outCry allowing three years Day of Payment and the money arising but the sale they are all to be equally divided amongst all my children as aforesaid Item all my Personal Estate Goods and Chattels whatsoever after the Death or Intermarriage of my Wife as aforesaid I give devise and bequeath unto my Executors to be by them Sold Immediately after my Death by way of public outcry --- allowing three years Day of Payment and the money arising by the sale thereof to be equally divided amongst all my Children share and share alike.
